Official minutes of Garden City Library Board meetings are posted on this page after they have been approved. The unofficial minutes are available upon request. The Agenda for the upcoming Board meeting will be posted on the exterior door and in the hallway, usually at least 2 days prior to the meeting. Public Notices of special meetings or changes to the regular meetings will be posted in a timely manner in keeping with the State of Michigan’s Open Meetings Act.
