NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC PUBLIC MEETING

Pursuant to the provisions of Epidemic Orders issued by MDHHS, notice is hereby given that the Garden City Library Board will hold an
electronic public meeting on
Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 7:00 PM. This meeting is a regular meeting called by Board President Paul Werhane.
The reasons for holding an electronic public meeting are to limit the spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) and to remain in compliance with MDHHS Epidemic Order, which prohibits any public gatherings.

Instructions for Public Comment:
Electronic Attendees will use “Raise Hand” function and wait to be called upon.
Telephone Attendees will be placed in queue by pressing *9 and will be identified and called upon by the last four digits of their telephone number.
Normal public comment protocol will be followed. The electronic public meeting will be held as a Zoom meeting. The public may participate in the electronic public meeting by logging into https://us02web.zoom.us/join on their computer, tablet, or smartphone and following the instructions provided or by calling 1-929 205 6099 on their telephone
(Meeting id: 829 8787 5124 Passcode: 026262). Through these methods the public will be able to listen to all discussion by Board Members and will be permitted to speak as they would at a regular meeting. Electronic attendees will click on the “Raise Hand” feature and will be allowed to speak when called upon. Electronic attendees must have microphone capability on their device. Phone attendees will be placed in queue by pressing *9 and will be identified and called upon by the last four digits of their telephone number.
