The Braille and Talking Library provides library service to any resident of the United States or American citizen living abroad who is unable to read or use regular print materials as a result of temporary or permanent visual or physical limitation. This includes those who are blind or have a visual or physical disability that prevents them from reading or handling print materials. NLS serves patrons of all ages.
If standard print has become difficult for you, a friend, or a family member, please click this link to apply for services through our local provider, The Taylor Public Library. Or call (734) 287-4840 or (844) 307-1621 for more information.
The National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) provides downloadable braille and audio books and magazines through the BARD website.
