End of Summer Reading Bash

Let’s end Summer Reading 2018 with a bang! You’ve spent all summer reading, raffling, attending our programs and enjoying our Library. We want to celebrate the end of Summer Reading with all of you! On Saturday, July 28th, join us from 1:00-4:00 pm for a day full of fun for the entire family!!!!

We’ll have a bounce house, face painting, outside carnival games, firetruck and K-9 unit, as well as snacks and more! For the adults, we’ll be having craft vendors, parkour demonstrations, 50/50 raffle and basket raffles, used books for sale and a classic car show!

If you are interested in being a vendor in our craft show, or showing off your classic car, stop by the Library or call us at (734) 793-1830 and ask for our Adult Librarian Lisa Kleinert.

Maker Monday

Summer Reading is back and we’re presenting everyone’s favorite program: Maker Monday! Join us on Mondays during Summer Reading from 3:00-5:00pm for this drop in program! Every week will focus on another STEM topic. The next Maker Monday of the summer is on July 16th and our topic will be FOOD! You do NOT have to sign up for Maker Monday and because it is a drop in program, you can come anytime between 3:00 and 5:00.
